Yearbook: East Carolina

Wednesday, April 25, 2012

East Carolina has their yearbooks available online and it's another good one.  The ECU Tecoan and Buccaneer yearbooks chronicle life at East Carolina University from 1923 to 1971. Football began at the college in 1933 and there is a significant amount of ECU's football history held in these pages.

Sadly the yearbooks are only complete through 1971, so the most recent chapters of Pirate football history are waiting to be enshrined.

The Digital N.C. project has done a great job of getting yearbooks online and ECU's yearbooks are a deserving addition to the the Digital N.C. collection as well as mine.

Unless I missed it, you don't have a link to the USMA Library's (digital) Howitzer collection

http://digital-library.usma.edu/cdm4/index_howitzer.php?CISOROOT=/howitzer

( click on "Browse" in the left column to actually get to the yearbooks )

Thanks, haven't seen the Howitzer until now. I'll try to have it up by next Wed.
