Army Kent State Internet Availability

Tuesday, November 9, 2010

I'm sitting here watching ESPN SportsNation live from West Point, NY.

Here's the scoop on Army/Kent State television availability - the game won't be on TV, but online access can theoretically be purchased from Kent State's athletic site. HOWEVER, they only sell annual plans, so unless you believe KSU is a year away from greatness- purchasing the game is not a realistic possibility.

More encouraging is the report that the radio broadcast will be streamed online for free.

Live Audio
All Kent State football games can be heard on the radio on WNIR 100.1 FM.  Pregame shows begin one hour prior to kickoff.  Streaming audio of every broadcast is available and free on the K-Zone.

Hopefully I will have a better picture of how to catch this game in the next few days.

As for now, Army / Kent State game notes are up from both Army (PDF) and Kent (PDF)

Lastly, Kent is dealing with some injuries now, as starting QB Spencer Keith is questionable with a thumb injury.

Or does that mean that the pregame show will be streamed for free?

I hate away games.
